Role: Application Manager

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: Hybrid

IT applications are the backbone of our fully automized fulfillment process. Starting at the point a customer places an order till our production sites hands over the finished product to a carrier who delivers the products our customers. As an End to End (E2E) IT Coordinator you are responsible to facilitate and coordinate support for IT components running the fulfillment process. You will work closely together with teams that are responsible for order entry tools, MES System, order management, dispatch and many more. Taking the continuous app development and improvements of the particular product owners into account to support the processes on its latest level.

Tasks

• Ensure swift and professional validation of IT issues
• Coordination of measured to resolve ongoing IT problems
• Communication/ Update local and global management about the current situation during IT incidents
• Lead postmortem action to prevent the company from repetitive cases.
• End to End platform understanding
• Key contact Person for issues that occur in our productive environments
• Use monitoring to initiate preemptive measures to avoid outages side reliability engineering

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in IT related position
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT Support
• Ideally experience in managing IT projects
• Fluent in English on a professional/ business level is a must
