- L1 support for DataStage jobs (Ticket acknowledgment, Analysis, troubleshooting and resolution)
- Post-patching ETL job validations
- On-time Escalation to L2
- Coordination with stakeholders
- ServiceNow Ticket update
- ServiceNow reporting
- Problem ticket opening and maintenance
- Co-ordination with offshore team
