Role Description
We are seeking a Project Coordinator with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively manage their time in a fast paced, challenging environment without sacrificing quality. The Project Coordinator will carry out administrative tasks and monitor project plans to ensure the project framework is well organized and runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor project plans, timelines, resource capacity, budget and risks
- Carry out daily tasks to keep project on schedule and manage problems as they occur
- Schedule and attend meetings, prepare necessary presentation materials, take detailed notes and track action items to completion
- Manage project management documents and ensure all materials are current and properly stored in shared folders
- Follow up with team members on the completion or delay of project phases
- Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements
- Coordinate resources to ensure we remain on schedule and in budget
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Develop in-depth understanding of project scope, timeline, framework, expected outcomes, etc.
Education, Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management or related role
- Working knowledge of project management software
- Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office
- Problem solver
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail

- PMP, CAPM or other project management certification
