You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking to hire an exceptional, detail-oriented, and ambitious Sales and marketing lead to head the transport sales team at NoemdDek Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for both organic and inorganic strategic programs which include growth strategy, operational and process improvements, client sourcing, client negotiation, and management, etc. In this role, you will work on creating and implementing various digital marketing campaigns to help drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Business Development
Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor services, and opportunities for promotion and growth.
Find and develop new markets and improve sales.
Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships by following up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
Establish company sales targets and ensure the firmachievesthem.
Process all tender requests
Marketing Strategy
Create a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels to achieve the company s goals.
Analyze sales and marketing metrics.
Forecast market trends.
Create result-driven strategies to achieve sales targets.
Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
Create content for marketing campaigns and establish a strong, long-term web presence.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
Admin
Manage the booking and scheduling of all client requests
Implement, promote and maintain all digital marketing campaigns.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.
Drive implementation of brand standards and business goals.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Provide continuous coaching and feedback to team members
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business management or other related field
Must have 4 -5 years of experience in the marketing field.
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
Proven record of meeting sales targets.
Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g., online tools and social media)
Good experience in designing and implementing marketing strategies.
Excellent time management and Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong leadership skills, highly self-motivated, Independent and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of Microsoft office suites and marketing software.
