Position: Change Management Lead
Location: prefer local to Chicagoland area, however can be fully remote within CST and EST time zones
they currently have a hybrid schedule, 1-2 days onsite if the person is local, they are at 200 W Madison St
Duration: 12-18 month contract
MUST be vaccinated and boosted even if remote, if you have someone who is vaccinated but not boosted I can ask the

Must Haves :
- Hightower supports over 110+ advisory firms across the country, these firms use their software to calculate and collect fees
- This project is an overhaul of their current billing system, right now they use RevPort which is highly configured to Hightower and are moving to Redi2 which is a financial services specific tool
- If they have familiarity with Redi2 that would be a slam dunk, however they must have financial services experience and understand how the advisory fee process works/looks like
- This person will be partnering closely with the third party software vendor, as well as all the end users (advisors)
- This person will be expected to build a training program for the advisors and assist with user testing
- Go live date is expected for July 2023
- Right now they are still in the development stage, testing his expected to start the back half of this year
- This person will be reporting to the Director of Finance Operations and Transformation and will be the right hand to the Tech counterparts
- These advisors can have challenging and outspoken personalities, this person needs to be able to maintain that delicate balance of juggling resistance while still making forward progress
- Must be able to stay level headed at all times
Description:
- In partnership with the Technology team and an external vendor, the Hightower Revenue billing team is actively working to overhaul our advisory fee billing engine and advisor-facing portal.
- The billing engine will provide increased flexibility to the advisory fee calculation process, while the advisor-facing portal will provide new capabilities to the 110+ advisory firms that review and approve their billing on a periodic basis.
- This includes, but is not limited to, enhanced periodic fee reporting, workflow improvements, cash available aggregate reporting, and more.
- The project is planned to go-live in mid-2023, with user acceptance testing ramping up in Q4 2022 and into Q1 2023.
- We are seeking a functional Change Manager who can act as a liaison, guide, and resource to the 20 advisor firms that will participate in UAT, as well as the broader advisory community.
Responsibilities:
- Execute a change impact & stakeholder assessment to help drive the other deliverables and responsibilities below
- Prepare communication/marketing material and energize the full advisor community in regards to the upcoming enhancements the new billing engine/portal will be offering
- Organize, prepare, help carry out, and track user acceptance testing for the advisor community participants
- Solicit feedback and answer questions from the advisor community around the upcoming billing enhancements
- Build advisor portal training in Brainshark so the advisory community can leverage it as a resource.
- Support in any corporate-facing change management activities where needed
- During go-live, provide change reinforcement & education to the advisor community, answering any questions or concerns as needed. Create communication around go-live activities.
