Your tasks

• Operational management of the first KoRo Caf in Rosa-Luxemburg-Str 7
• You work in the daily business and take responsibility for a smooth daily routine
• Observation of operations and process optimization
• Stock management / supplier contact
• Personnel search & planning shift schedules
• Development and implementation of the hygiene concept
• Flexible problem solving and spontaneous stand-in in case of staff absences
• Diligent quality control of the sold products
• Regular exchange with the management
• Support in the strategic development of the concept
• Willingness to manage additional branches if the opportunity comes up

Your profile

• Training or studies, ideally with a background in business administration or gastronomy
• You speak fluent German; good English skills are an advantage
• You have already gained experience in the catering industry, so you are familiar with basic processes and best practices
• Ideally, you are familiar with the operation of portafilter coffee machines - in case you are not, you will be trained by us
• You are an organisational talent, and keep a cool head in stressful situations
• You are a team player, communicate things directly and openly and have a hands-on mentality.
• You are reliable, service-oriented and friendly
• You confidently take on the responsibility that comes with the store manager position and are comfortable with being the contact person for all matters
• As a team leader, you support your team members with head & heart
