Fleet Business Partner (f/m/d)

DODO is a fast-growing technology - logistics company with branches in 7 countries

(Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, and newly in Germany and Austria).

Now we are establishing a new branch DoDo Germany GmbH. We are looking for

a great Fleet Business partner for our new Germany branch, who is experienced in the Fleet field and would like to be part of this growing company.

We are experts at same-day last-mile delivery, providing comprehensive solutions with our own technology system. We have our own fleet and a team of trained couriers also.

Tasks

• Responsibility for a whole fleet, an average of 200 cars
• Leading Fleet Specialists in Berlin and Olching
• Negotiation of the conditions and the contracts with services, rental companies and leasing companies
• Demands of leasing calculations and rental cars
• Communication with operational leasing providers, services and dealers
• Solving problems with fleet and damaged cars
• Preparing analyzes and reports
• Looking for new ways, how to save the costs of the company
• Forecasting of fleet costs
• Increasing and creating processes
• Tracking new trends

Requirements

• Experience in fleet management, knowledge of Leasing products and processes
• Experience leading the team
• Strategic conceptual thinking, the ability to negotiate and push your ideas forward
• Reliability, commitment, pleasant demeanour and good communication skills
• German and English language on the communication level
• User knowledge of MS Office
