Tasks

In this role, you will work as a Nordic Customer Support & Travel Agent for one of our clients, in the travel industry. Your task will be to promote services to existing clients. The most important task, however, is to give the customer a pleasant experience and a positive feeling.

Requirements

• Native or proficient level of Norwegian (C2); other Nordic languages are a plus;
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
• Ability to evaluate customer complaints, assess alternatives, and make solid, consistent decisions and/or recommendations as required
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn and become proficient with internal programs and new software
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver

Working hours: Average of 40 hours a week. They will be weeks you work 48 h a week (6 days) but the following week you will work 32 h a week (4 days). Currently, 08:00-16:45, 09:00-17:45, 10:00-18:45 / 13:15 22:00 / 15:15 00:00, 17:15-02:00. Future the lines will be open 24H

Bonus: On average 200 euro for experienced agents, (no limit bonus) KPI based (contact/h and quality) Tenure less than 6 months the bonus starts from 48 contact/day. Tenure over 6 months the bonus starts from 64 contacts/day

Benefits:

• Candidates are registered to our local health system in Cyprus called GESY.
• Contract is 2 years, with a 6 month probation period (should the agent wish to stay after 2 years, the contract is being renewed).

Relocation: Only for candidates coming from abroad. Local candidates do not get any reimbursement nor travel allowance.
