Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Financial Analyst will be a member of the Supply Chain Systems and Solutions team. The Analyst will manage the UCSD Health monthly recharge program while ustilizing the expense mangement tool, Calero Pinnacle.
The Financial Analyst will be a member of the Supply Chain Systems and Solutions team. The Analyst will manage the UCSD Health monthly recharge program while ustilizing the expense mangement tool, Calero Pinnacle.
This will include the following: Ensuring data is aligned with system requirements; Cleansing data; Uploading data into the system database; Managing ongoing daily inquiries regarding changes.
This will be accomplished as follows: Communication with all parties involved including Medical Center Department administrators and 3rd party suppliers; The Analyst must be comfortable communicating with all parties via zoom, email, and phone.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Excel
Proficient Analytical Problem Solving
Data Management
Ability to work independently
Liason to UCSD vendors
Excellent Verbal and Written communication and high attention to detail
Must possess proficiency in use of computer applications such as: Word, Outlook, Adobe
