Job Title: Mergers Acquisitions Associate

Location - based Downtown Chicago, LOOP, IL 60606 - This role is 5 days a week onsite in office normal business hours.

And must be vaccinated

Salary or Hourly range: 95K to 100K plus bonus Depending on experience DOE

Key Points of the role:

2-4 years' experience in banking, investment banking, private equity, or financial analysis

Intermediate to Advanced level Excel and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent quantitative, analytical, and interpersonal skills

Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

The Position - The Associate will support activities to originate, analyze, diligence and close new acquisitions. The Associate's work product will be used to present investment opportunities to investment committee, as well as to lenders and senior executives.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist investment team in conducting financial analysis and modeling.

Perform detailed financial, market, and operational due diligence.

Utilize resources and prior experience to conduct in-depth market research and new target identification.

Prepare PowerPoint based presentations of research and analysis findings.

Organize and manage information flows among multiple deal process participants.

Keep abreast of operating companies' and priorities and initiatives to ensure target identification strategy and acquisition planning is responsive to organization needs.
