User Acquisition Manager

To achieve our ambitious goals, we re seeking a creative User Acquisition Manager to help us grow our product reach and bring the next big thing in the blockchain space.

Your mission at Yellow

• Create and execute a strategy to drive signups/registrations and traffic for Yellow products and communities;
• Drive day-to-day engagement and acquisition operations mindful of the long-term strategy;
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to drive growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and goals;
• Understand our user s needs and effectively translate messaging to engage and acquire new users through a variety of channels;
• Inspire, collaborate, and propel external partners to influence and promote across external channels;
• Manage paid channels and paid spending to drive conversions and reduce CPA;
• Optimize target page conversions and activation conversions;
• Prepare insightful analyses of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis;
• Develop, deploy, analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting.

Qualifications and Special Requirements

• Proven cases onthe crypto market (tokens/exchanges/web3/crypto fintech);
• at least 2 years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in performance marketing;
• Writing proficiency, communication skills, and ability to understand the target user s needs, challenges, and motivations;
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above;
• Experience in data analysis and data visualization.
