Job Description

Complete Description: The Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional licenses (DOPL) is an organization that has combined 11 former agencies into one new Division.

DOPL has 11 licensing systems and a handful of content management systems used to store historical documentation. We will be moving to one consolidated licensing system. DOPL is in the final phases of a contract award for a new consolidated licensing system.

This position will assist with identifying appropriate data fields in existing databases to be used for data migration to a new database, working with contractors of existing systems to ensure all data is captured, working with DOPL's new system contractor to ensure data is extracted, provided to the new contractor in an agreed upon format, assist with data cleansing, and validation that the data has been imported into the new system correctly.

This position will work with a team at DOPL that includes a project manager, business analysts, quality assurance testers, subject matter experts and database staff from the ***'s Information and Technology Services agency.
