Job Description:

QA Manager experience of at least 1 HCM ERP implementation

QA testing experience (minimum 10 years)

Hands on experience in Testing in HCM Payroll

QA experience with Any ERP HCM Cloud Platform. Oracle is preferred

Basic knowledge of Automation preferably Selenium

Experience in building and leading teams with team size of approx. 20 or above

Excellent communication skills with experience in team and client stakeholder management

Experience in STLC processes, reporting matrices and building Test Effectiveness KPIs

Experience in writing Test Strategy, Test Plans, Building Dashboards and Reports

Hands on experience in Testing in HCM Payroll

Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude with emphasis on RCA

Strong organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Automation preferably Selenium
