.Net Lead Developer

JD:

Responsible for delivering work items during product sprint, including design, development, unit testing, and functional testing supporting applications

Participates in product deployment and acceptance, and handles support escalations on as needed basis

Streamline processes for incident management, change management, and problem management, making improvements where required

Evaluates systems specifications for client area web site requirements and determines and implements the most efficient and cost effective software/package solution

Develops service applications and analyzes business requirements as they pertain to web-based clients

Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards

Hands-on experience in .Net core and Advance .Net (C# & VB.net), React JS, MS-SQL DB, Design Frame work, WEB UI And WEB API

Develops unit test cases in NUnit & XUnit

Uses advanced knowledge of web services design and development for middle ware platforms, including .NET Core, SQL Server, SSRS, and JSON/XML based web services

Ability to lead and coach other team members/junior developers. Ability to ensure quality deliverables, conduct code review and delivery checks

Should have Hands-on coding and testing experience - writing integration test cases for Selenium , experience in working with GIT

Ability to solve a problem, communicate the solution thought process, learn a new skill

Working knowledge of JSON and GSON based web services, database interactions via Store Procedure to SQL Server

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, object model, DOM manipulation and event handlers, data structures, algorithms, JSX, and Babel

Complete understanding of ReactJS and its main fundamentals like JSX, Virtual DOM, component lifecycle, etc.

Preceding experience with ReactJS workflows like Flux, Redux, Create React App, data structure libraries

Possess experience / have thorough understanding of RESTful APIs/GraphQL, HTML/CSS, ES6 (variables and scoping, array methods), code versioning tools like GIT, SVN, etc., popular frontend development tools, CI/CD tools, DevOps, performance testing frameworks like Mocha, Node + NPM
