Technical Project Manager (Russian Speaker)

We are looking for a detail-oriented technical project manager to oversee all project operations from inception to execution. The technical project manager is responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines, and supervising team members.

To be successful as a technical project manager you must be highly organized. A good technical project manager can multitask successfully under pressure.

Tasks

• Analyzing, planning, and developing scheduled projects with the team members
• Establishing and implementing training processes for all technical personnel
• Recruiting and training future employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical department
• Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all staff members
• Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
• Holding regular technical team meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding upcoming projects
• Preparing progress reports for senior management.
• Researching and evaluating hardware and software technology options for each project
• Updating and maintaining all production technologies, helping to ensure proper maintenance and installation are achieved

Requirements

• Fluent Russian Speaker - MUST
• Fluent English Speaker - Big Advantage
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile tools and methodologies - MUST
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers - Big Advantage
• Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• A clear understanding of the Project Management processes, strategies, and methods
• A sense of personal accountability when it comes to both decision-making and supervising teams
• Experience training rising talent in the technology department
• The ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles
• Excellent leadership abilities
• Strong managerial experience when it comes to both analytical thinking and problem-solving
