JOB SUMMARY
Assists Head of Sales with various administrative tasks such as:
Completes assigned day-to-day tasks, of different kinds.
Schedules appointments and meetings, manages meeting agendas, and writes respective minutes and protocols.
Coordinates and establishes all executive travel arrangements, and reconciles travel and expense reports.
Coordinates meeting logistics with customer executive assistants.
Manages customer invite lists for special events/functions.
Answers, screens, and places phone calls, and manages in- and outbound correspondence.
Monitors all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
Prepares presentations, reports, statistical charts and briefings.
Assists in integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate.
Expected to cope effectively with multiple choice situations in number of assigned processes and routines.
Thinking, applying & adapting the "right" procedure to a process or an issue arising.
Serving internal and external customer with technical or administrative standardized services and processes, to complete or add the delivery according to service level agreed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED Required
2-3 Years as an Executive Administrative Assistant or equivalent work history
