- Hand on experience in handling VCON products EC, DTACS, PCG,VSRM, TED etc
- Managing fresh installation, upgrades, patching
- Point of contact for handling customer escalation
- Managing customer maintenance window
- Working with the TAC and Engineering to get the resolution
