Job Description
Position: Business Data Analyst
Location: New Jersey, NJ (Day 1 Onsite Hybrid Model)
Client: Mindtree
- Total 8 + years of business and data analysis experience preferably in P&C insurance domain
- Work with business leaders and stakeholders to define a problem or business need
- Experience in reviewing processes and interviewing stakeholder to identify and document business need
- Must be familiar with Data Identification, sourcing, cleaning, and preparing for analysis
- Analyze data for patterns and trends received from multiple channels
- Understand and Visualize data to make it easier to understand and derive valuable insights
- Must have very good oral and written communication skills.
- Problem solving, critical thinking skills are a plus.
