Job Description

Duties: The Regional Payroll Specialist is responsible for accurate preparation, documentation, and distribution of payroll via the payroll system for multiple facilities across the Region. The Regional Payroll Specialist reviews the computation of pay and ensures the company payroll policies are in accordance with the government regulations. Responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks and payroll information. Responsible for setting up and managing agency garnishments according to the orders received. Audits payroll and tax information as needed. DUTIES: Accounts Payable Specialist prepares and processes payments for vendor invoices, employee expense reimbursements and other financial obligations for multiple facilities across the region in accordance with internal accounting policies. The Regional Accounts Payable Specialist reviews purchase orders, statements and invoices to verify amounts owed. They will respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in billings and payments; and maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers. EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE: High School Graduate or equivalent required. Associate's degree from an accredited College or University in related field preferred. Two (2) to Three (3) years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable required, acute care experience preferred. Equivalent combination of relevent education and experience will be considered.
