The client is looking for a SharePoint Systems Administrator IV

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
4 years Design, configure and implement SharePoint development and administration
Provide high level and detailed, consultative SharePoint solutions in the DOJ Office 365 subscription
Nice to Have:
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Powerapps and Teams
Interview Process: MS Teams with camera 1- 2 Rounds
Contract Duration: 6/30/23 with option to renew
Onsite or Remote? Candidates can be 100% remote and live outside of WI. They may also choose to work hybrid.

Additional details: Occasional weekend work may be requested to reduce risk of impacts to operations.
These services could be used by all divisions. We could utilize SharePoint as a document library, reporting, and dashboards for HR, office of school safety, and several others. The workflows, automation, and capabilities will reduce business staff resource hours performing manual tasks while improving search capabilities.
The new SharePoint Office365 site will provide staff with workflows, dashboards, document management capabilities, collaboration tools and other custom solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.
This new position will be responsible to:
  • Establish a governance plan for team sites and build a hierarchy for all additional subsites.
  • Create a SharePoint site structure utilizing site templates to allow consistency within all major and subsites on the new SharePoint portal.
  • Provide process plan for each task to include a flow diagram, inputs/outputs, and a design document.
  • Provide guidance and help implement SharePoint workflows and user permissions management such as Members, Visitors, Owners.
  • Develop, structure, and implement site processes that are clear, easy to use and user friendly.
  • Create basicgraphic desi n elements to lay out the information on the SharePoint in a visuallyappealing format. Majority of the homepage is focused on quicklinks to assist all employees.
  • Provide SharePoint administrator support for owners.
  • Assist with troubleshooting advanced technical issues related to SharePoint when requested.
  • Train DOJ staff to maintain their own content on a collaboration site. This includes administrator, owner, and member training, advance user training and education. Members must also be trained in simple solutions such as uploading documents, granting/modifying permissions, modifying pages, entering calendar events etc.
  • Conduct virtual training
