Job Description

Sign-On Bonus $10K - $15K

$10K for Day Shift; $15K for Night Shift

1st payment - 50% of amount approved for specific job; after 30 days with Client

2nd payment - 50% of amount approved for specific job; first pay period of the month following employee's six month anniversary in the role.

Two year commitment to Client expected

PAY

• Our RN salaries range from $65,000 to $110,000.
• There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN II, RN III, or RN IV.
• These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience.

Client The Woodlands now has 447 beds with our recent expansion.

This Surgical Ortho unit has 36 beds with a 1:4-6 nurse to patient ratio. Nurses will also train and float to our Joint Center as needed.

Unit: Name

Day (7a-7p) and Night (7p-7a) shifts available

Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts; Flexible Self-Scheduling

Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:4-6 (1:4 when fully staffed)

Beds: 36

Unit Description: All major surgeries + orthopedic patients
