Project Manager (Scrum/agile) for IT teams (m/f/d) - (Mandatory) Internship for IoT StartUp

We are looking for an intern to support us in the management of our IT projects. You will steer projects and help analyze, document, validate, prioritize and manage requirements and tasks.

Ideally: Mandatory Internship for Bachelor / Master students

Tasks

• Support our Product Manager and Product Owner in the management of different teams (mainly Software / IoT)
• As the central contact person for these teams, you connect the teams with the other departments and communicate requirements with stakeholders
• You plan tasks for team members and support the creation of a roadmap and milestones for projects
• You conduct feedback sessions and help the team improve their productivity (e.g. via KPIs)

Requirements

• First experience in an IT company as well as knowledge of agile project management methods like Scrum
• Strong teamwork and communication skills (fluent in English, German is a plus)
• Organizational talent as well as a high degree of reliability and accuracy
• Ability to identify dependencies between projects/tasks and reorganize work accordingly
• Proficient with MS Office and Google G-Suite programs
