As our Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead our newly shaping global Talent Acquisition organization. Based in Berlin you will further grow, align and lead a centrally deployed Talent Acquisition team to deliver an outstanding experience to our candidates, our People Leads and our localized HR Generalists.
Your role is critical to ensure that our Talent Acquisition team, programs and operations will help us compete for top talent and to scale appropriately. While building out this function you will be involved in hands-on hiring and operational tasks. Reporting to the Chief People Officer you will work hand in hand with People Team leaders and business leaders to build connection and joint accountability with the business. You will drive the roadmap of Talent Acquisition ensuring that our team model, practices and execution continuously improves in terms of effectiveness and experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build a future-ready, scalable, global Talent Acquisition engine
  • Grow, lead and develop a globally spread Talent Acquisition team while focusing on intentional change across all accountabilities
  • Hire leadership positions
  • Partner with Business Leaders & People Team Leaders to understand business strategy, internal talent landscape, Talent Acquisition demand and forecasting, and to fill hiring needs in a timely manner
  • Develop and execute a Talent Acquisition strategy that supports company objectives, key business outcomes and an amazing candidate experience
  • Define and drive Talent Acquisition Roadmap which drives performance, aligns processes and enhances candidate experience
  • Bring data, analytics, benchmark and industry knowledge to enable decisions and business discussions
  • Evaluate, enhances, and manage employer branding efforts to attract top talent
  • Monitor industry dynamics and market trends, and anticipate how these trends will impact LHG s Talent Acquisition, providing expert insights and recommendations

Your qualifications:

  • Seasoned Talent Acquisition professional who can span between strategic work and execution of operational tactics to ensure flawless delivery of Talent Acquisition programs and services
  • 8+ years of progressive Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience in global environments, 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • Significant experience in building and leading a mid-size globally diverse team, ideally in an inhouse environment
  • Experience in building and implementing a Talent Acquisition strategy and Roadmap which continuously improve processes and operations excellence at scale
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leveraging a compelling employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Data driven and savvy with metrics and analytics to drive decisions and solutions
  • Internal customer and candidate-experience focused, will have the ability to influence at all levels through the organization
  • Bonus experiences are: Project & Change Management, M&A Integrations, ATS Implementations
