E-commerce Working Student (f/m/d)

Job description

As an E-commerce working student (f/m/d) you support the E-commerce Business Owner with Influencer Management in Europe. You will work with our customers and show them how our product impacts their work life by

• learning more about the energy transition and how our product plays a role in it.
• assisting in managing the full influencer lifecycle, from the first contact to on- and offboarding, and establishing steady communication on an eye level.
• collaborating cross-functionally with teammates working in e-commerce, operations, marketing, content production, customer support, and sales.
• being capable of organizing and processing input, like feedback on operations, content, products, and events.
• self-directing your work independently once briefed.

Requirements

• You are pursuing a degree in marketing, e-commerce, tech, or communications with an interest in omni-channel communication or commercial operations.
• You have strong attention to detail and you are curious about what others are doing.
• You like to talk, write and interact with people, may it be on social media, by phone, or in person.
• You have very good German language skills, native speaker is a plus. English skills are a bonus.
• You are genuinely interested in our brand, product, and mission.
