This position is for SRE System Operations

  • Lead Technical Specialist:
    • Should have strong hands-on experience or Expert in AWS
    • Should have a extensive Experience in DevOps (Ansible ,Docker and Jenkin )
    • Strong hands-on experience in AWS
    • Good experience in Design, build and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure
    • Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process for enterprise SaaS and on-prem applications using tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc.
    • Middleware installer packaging for WebLogic, WebSphere, Patching, Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Expertise in Linux System Administration experience
    • Should have a strong hands-on experience in Unix Shell scripting
    • Hands-on experience in building and administering VMs and Containers using tools such as Docker, Vagrant,
    • Experience in setting up ELK stack Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
    • Middleware installer packaging for Tomcat
    • Should have a strong hands-on experience in New Relic APM & Browser application Monitoring
    • Should have a strong hands-on experience in APM & Browser application Monitoring
    • 8 10 years of total IT experience as an Application PROD Support Shift Lead supporting Weblogic
    • Should have experience Managing the Shift Roaster and address any conflicts immediately
    • Should be willing to work in one of the Shift (5 days in a Month in Night Shift is mandatory Shift 3) or on need basis with shifts timing as below:
      • Shift 1: 6:00 AM 2:00 PM Eastern
      • Shift 2: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM Eastern
      • Shift 3: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM Eastern
    • Telecom Billing Experience will be added advantage
    • Working will be remote initially, but from Jan 2023, the work expectation will be Hybrid with one to two days in a week working in Office Location
    • Should be very good in communication (Verbal + Written) and very good at Collaboration (Multi-vendor work Environment)
