Description:

• 11+ years in comparable position. Will design, develop, test, implement and maintain new and existing databases
• Will create management methods and systems to access efficiently to information stored in databases
• Will create functional requirements to modify databases and products as required by client needs
• Will provide data management support, create reports on databases and will design and develop database architectures
• Must have methods for problem solving, have strong database experience, including index strategies, performance tuning and optimization and stored procedures
• Must be able to create reports and write complex statements for large scale databases
• Needs to be a good communicator (both written and verbal), be able to plan technical solutions, be self-motivated and have the ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Advanced SQL experience with the ability to develop, tune and debug complex SQL
• Strong Data Profiling/Data analysis/Source system analysis experience
• Experience with SQL Server database and Informatica Power Center
• Experience with IICS (Cloud Informatica)
• Data Transformation and Integration
• Experience in creating data pipelines and data transformations to a structure that is relevant to the problem by selecting appropriate techniques
• Industry experience as a Data Engineer, Business Intelligence Engineer, or related field with a track record of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development life cycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Provided production support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of ETL jobs for all subject areas in the Data Warehouse
• Understanding of CI/CD is a plus
• IICS experience
• Any experience with creating jobs in Control M is a plus
