Job Description
a major part. They will be involved in provider EDI onboarding and troubleshooting EDI claims and 835 issues. On top of this, they will also work with the EDI 835 SME on critical projects and implementation.
Good oral and written communication skills. (Especially over the phone talking with Providers and Trading Partners)
Knowledgeable on HealthCare EDI Transactions 835 and 837
Experience with onboarding trading partners, vendors and/or clearinghouses on EDI transactions.
Claim understanding
Experience with Excel and Microsoft word
EDI Production support experience
