Job Description:

Software Engineers are skilled in solving various technical problems by effectively leveraging collaborative platforms in an ecosystem. This opportunity allows one to independently implement diverse and complex engineering tasks through a nalytical thinking and problem-solving. Software Engineers will get to exhibit a deep understanding of the end-to-end software life cycle and show high levels of collaboration, customer centricity, and effective communication to understand requiremen ts, analyze, provide support, deliver technical results and drive excellence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. At least 4-5 years of Monitoring Support experience working on any Cloud Integration product API management Azure platforms 2. E xperience in LINUX UNIX Administration would be great. 3. Ready to support L2 and L3 activities. 4. Strong communication skills and ready to host triage troubleshooting calls with other application teams. 5. Should have a goo d understanding of issues to respond to technical queries from customers. Activities include: - L2 Activities # Incident triage and reporting # Incident management and preliminary analysis # Regular maintenance acti vities # like renewing SSL certificates, updating refresh tokens, updating credentials, etc. # Regular platform health monitoring # e.g. logging file size, scheduling job(s) completion status, Nagios App Dynamics Solar Winds-based monitori ng, API analytics, etc. # Scheduled and unscheduled production server restarts (either OS or JVM) L3 Activities # Installing, verifying, and validating product patches & upgrades # Regular maintenance activities # li ke archiving and purging meta data, rolling restart, etc. # Scheduled and unscheduled server restarts # Application-specific access provision # Platform & server-level configuration changes # Supporting Onsite Support Manager for release management (only for staging and production environments) # Root cause analysis and bug fixing (config changes only) for Production environments.
