• You ll develop digital media strategies with business goals aligned with the company s vision
• You ll establish our online presence and create brand awareness
• You ll maintain the online presence and reputation of the company by translating consumer insight into powerful messages and will bring the personality of Baobab to life in a tangible and meaningful way
• You ll create and maintain the social media content, concepts for promotional activities, blog posts, landing pages, paid ads, in-app communication etc.
• You ll maintain SEO regular keyword research and other best practices
• You ll be tracking digital marketing performance and monitoring the achievement of our marketing goals

Your profile

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field
• At least 1-3 years experience as a Digital Media Specialist or Digital Marketing Manager working either in-house or at an agency
• Quality content generation and management skills: excellent grammar, writing, and editing skills
• High-level organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and work well under pressure
• A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far
• Fluency in German (native speaker) and English
