ArcGIS Developer

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT and Minneapolis, MN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
Experience in in GIS applications and Programming languages

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in programming languages: Python, ArcPy, ESRI JS SDK
Experience in GIS Applications: ArcGIS Desktop (ArcGISPro), ArcGIS Enterprise, location Analytics
Experience in Geodatabase concepts
Experience in Databases RDBMS: PostgreSQL, POSTGIS, SQL Server, Oracle, Oracle Spatial, PL/SQL
Experience in Jenkins, Agile, React JS
Comfortable w/ creating automation scripts for Administration, i.e. expert level in Python.
Ability to work in a collaborative multi-application team environment.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
