Job Description

Job Title: Pharmacy Order Entry Specialist
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Orlando, FL (ONSITE)
Contract Duration: 2 months

Duties:
The primary purpose of the job is to: Responsible for managing the intake of prescriptions/referrals into the pharmacy.
The Indexer reviews all inbound documents and appropriately processes the images in a FIFO or Get Next basis for the purpose of locating patients, attaching images to the correct patient, creating referrals, and selecting business drivers.
Manages paperwork and scanning documentation into pharmacy system.
Adheres to Pharmacy Policy and Procedures, assists with all other duties as assigned, and provides excellent internal and external customer service

Skills: One to three years related experience

Education: High School Diploma
