In qualit di Specialista per il supporto e lo sviluppo dedicato a clienti di lingua italiana (m/f/d), ti unirai al nostro team internazionale di Customer Experience (CX) e lavorerai in modo interfunzionale per stabilire un coaching aziendale sistemico nell'area EMEA.

Sei responsabile del percorso del cliente relativamente alla CX dei nostri coachee e coach in un ruolo diviso in due parti.

Punto di contatto incaricato

• Offri la migliore esperienza cliente in qualit di unico punto di contatto responsabile per i nostri coachee e coach di lingua italiana e per quelli di lingua inglese nell'intera area EMEA
• Guida i coachee dall'inizio del loro programma di coaching fino alla fine
• Stringi relazioni solide con gli utenti della nostra piattaforma tramite e-mail e chat supportandoli nelle loro richieste in entrata; se necessario, ti connetterai anche in uscita tramite videochiamate
• Prestando particolare attenzione risolvi richieste tecniche complesse
• Tieni traccia di ogni richiesta come principale responsabile
• Contatta in modo proattivo i coachee e i coach per offrire supporto
• Lavora con strumenti digitali come Zendesk, Confluence e Jira

Miglioramento dei processi e innovazioni tecniche

• Ricerca e analizza dati complessi
• Valuta il feedback dei clienti
• Contribuisci a migliorare ulteriormente la nostra offerta
• Proponi in modo proattivo nuove soluzioni e nuovi processi
• Gestisci autonomamente progetti speciali

Il tuo profilo

• Hai maturato almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo di supporto tecnico almeno parziale
• Hai vissuto una precedente esperienza lavorativa in un ambiente internazionale orientato al cliente: un ambiente di sviluppo in rapida crescita rappresenta un vantaggio
• Preferibilmente sei in possesso di un titolo di studio superiore in un settore legato agli affari
• Gestisci con sicurezza la risoluzione di problemi, specialmente in ambito software
• Sei in grado di comunicare in inglese e in italiano a livello impeccabile
• Mostri interesse in argomenti quali il coaching aziendale, il coaching sistemico e la psicologia
• Sei in possesso di un permesso di lavoro tedesco valido o sei in condizione di lavorare legalmente nell'Unione europea
