Accounts Payable Specialist

We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist (Full-Time) to join our Vienna office. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, enjoy challenging work and most importantly love to travel!

Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payables and Receivables using Netsuite
• Following up with suppliers and other partners to ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Processing of other operational invoices and expense claims
• Preparing bank payments, reconciling bank accounts
• Assisting with month-end including bank reconciliations as required
• Respond to all customer online inquiries in an efficient and correct manner
• Work within the wider TourRadar team to get an understanding of the business and help improve existing Finance processes

Requirements

Who you are:

• Academic degree with a focus on accounting
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Accounts payable
• Fluent in German
• Confident Excel/Google Sheets user, experience with pivot tables and vlookups is an advantage
• Experience with Netsuite is an advantage
• Accurate and structured way of working
• Great communication and social skills
• High reliability
• Team player
