The clerical assistant reports to the Assistant Director of the assigned workgroup(s). The position is responsible for scanning files, verifying accuracy of scanned documents, data entry, and other basic operational duties.
Position Summary
The clerical assistant reports to the Assistant Director of the assigned workgroup(s). This position usually works with files from all divisions of the agency. The position is responsible for scanning licensee or litigation files, verifying accuracy of scanned documents, data entry, and other basic operational duties.
Primary Responsibilities
1.Must have ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
2.Accurately scan and index licensure documentation.
3.Quality check and verify scanned documents.
4.Establishes and manages files, including electronic files.
5.Organizes and prioritizes workload in a manner that enables the agency to meet stringent federal, state and agency standards.
6.Assists in the processing of agency incoming mail.
7.Any other duties delegated by Board Director, Assistant Director or Agency that would be necessary for daily operations.
