Junior Client Relationship Manager 100%

The Zurich-based startup Art Recognition AG has developed an AI algorithm to authenticate artworks and detect forgeries. The company is the only service provider worldwide which offers an AI authentication system commercially.

Location: Zurich/ Adliswil, partially remote.

Starting date: November 14th 2022, or upon agreement.

Role: Opportunity for a junior client relationship manager, who combines a passion for client experience solutions, organizational skills, and love for art.

Tasks

• Ensure smooth and efficient client communication.
• Coordinate with the tech team to quickly respond to customer needs and resolve their issues.
• Provide maintenance and documentation of customer transactions
• Prepare materials for clients, business partners, and investors (reports, presentations, etc).
• Produce ideas for promotional activities (webinars, conferences), implement and organize them efficiently.

Requirements

• First work experience as a Client Relationship Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent writing, communication and grammatical skills.
• Interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Some experience with creating Social Media content would be a plus.
• Fluent in English, German and French (verbal and written).
• Ability to work with little direction, meet deadlines, and prioritize duties.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• Passion for art is a plus.
