(Junior) Operations Manager - Logistics (f/m/x)

Our dynamic logistics department manages a Europe-wide network with more than 200 logistics partners and ensures efficient and smooth vehicle transport for both our business partners and private customers.

Become part of our international logistics team and actively contribute your own ideas. Support us in order processing, solve problems, be a driver of new processes and act as a reliable contact person for our internal colleagues as well as for external service providers.

What you can expect

• Be responsible for the documentation, communication and order processing of the vehicle journey from purchase and sale to the end customer
• Be a competent contact person and maintain a constant exchange with other internal departments as well as our decentralised logistics centres
• Manage complaints, conduct price negotiations, create delivery routes
• Manage and maintain order data in our internally developed logistics system
• Support process improvements and bring in your own ideas

What you have covered!

• Successfully completed commercial training with initial practical experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding or as a dispatcher is an advantage
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for your work
• Professional communication with internal and external customers
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Good knowledge of English, German is a plus
