As our Key Account Manager you're representing The Female Company towards our European marketplace partners and retail customers. Marketplaces and Retail will be a significant pillar to bring The Female Company into massmarket making sustainable femcare products accessible to everyone. That's why this role includes P&L responsibility and responsibilty from market studies & understanding of the specific sales channel, to working on a specific pricing & portfolio strategy together with our product team to creating empowering & taboo-breaking marketing collaborations together with our partners and marketing team. This role has several development possibilities into a leading role.
Ideally you have experience in online marketplaces, business development, sales or marketing (B2C / B2B)
You have an independent, responsible and structured way of working and think in a process-oriented manner
You are detail-oriented, analytically strong and have an affinity for numbers
You are communicative and able to build long lasting relationships
Committed to the mission of female empowerment and breaking taboos
Structured and result-oriented, combined with a hands-on mindset and can-do attitude - you are not afraid to get your hands dirty
