Join our mission to build Europe's leading femcare platform from first period to menopause. As our Key Account Manager you're representing The Female Company towards our European marketplace partners and retail customers. Marketplaces and Retail will be a significant pillar to bring The Female Company into massmarket making sustainable femcare products accessible to everyone. That's why this role includes P&L responsibility and responsibilty from market studies & understanding of the specific sales channel, to working on a specific pricing & portfolio strategy together with our product team to creating empowering & taboo-breaking marketing collaborations together with our partners and marketing team. This role has several development possibilities into a leading role.

The Role

  • You are responsible for revenue and earnings development for our European marketplace sales and dark grocery partners, including the analysis of inputs and outputs to identify growth levers
  • You develop trusting relationships with enterprise and (non-) food retailers, to ensure a successful business
  • You will leverage and lead in-depth market studies (market share, competitor's strategy, pricing competitiveness etc..) to develop best in class market knowledge
  • You manage stakeholders across different teams, making sure that all aspects of the business are taken care of and our Accounts are always in a good shape (Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Business Development)
  • You will closely cooperate with the product innovation, production, creatives and marketplace marketing team to help kickstart new product launches and create the best product portfolio & pricing strategy for each channel
  • You inspire our marketing team to co-create creative campaigns (exclusive collections) for partners & channels
  • You are fully responsible of testing new growth channels & come up with new ideas on how to fuel our channel growth

Your profile

Ideally you have experience in online marketplaces, business development, sales or marketing (B2C / B2B)
You have an independent, responsible and structured way of working and think in a process-oriented manner
You are detail-oriented, analytically strong and have an affinity for numbers
You are communicative and able to build long lasting relationships
Committed to the mission of female empowerment and breaking taboos
Structured and result-oriented, combined with a hands-on mindset and can-do attitude - you are not afraid to get your hands dirty
