Job Title: NET Senior Support/Operation Lead

Job Description:
- 8-10 years hands-on experience in software design and development, database design and support and system integration
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Direct and oversee local and off-shore developers
- Experience in Leading Team of at least 6+ support eng
- Create technical estimations
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically: .NET/ASP.NET
- Hands-on experience Microservices
- Hands on knowledge of Angular
- Should have worked in Agile environment
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Object Oriented Programming / Object Oriented Design (OOP/OOD)
