Job Description

Title: NOC Engineer

Location: Casa Grande Factory, Arizona (Onsite)

Type: Fulltime

Job description

The NOC Engineer oversees the day-to-day Network Operations process in order to ensure network and systems are performing optimally and available to our business users. The engineer adheres to Site procedures to maintain stability and availability for our company systems. The position also interfaces between Manufacturing & corporate IT entities for notifications, escalations, problem determinations & resolution for all system-related issues. It requires the ability to collaborate in making important decisions on technical solutions when performing all global Data Center/Network Operations functions. The NOC is operational 24/7 with 3 shifts.

  • Monitor, Support and troubleshoot issues by following the SOP-based documentation.
  • Create and update trouble tickets as required.
  • Respond to infrastructure alarms, and take appropriate actions to classify, prioritize and resolve the issues.
  • Provide Critical service outage notification and escalate issues for a timely resolution, notify Appropriate stakeholders accordingly.
  • Work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders to perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Proactively monitor the performance of the Lucid Network.
  • Document problem descriptions and provide detailed diagnoses and assessments of incidents.
  • Operate with local and remote OC Engineers that will play valuable roles in monitoring services, collaborating with application owners, and engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues critical to the business.
  • Work with Engineering teams on day-to-day support, deployments, releases, maintenance, potential security vulnerabilities, and troubleshooting of services and products to ensure high availability, optimal performance, and stability.

Requirements

  • Requirements 3+ years of relevant experience. Understanding of key network monitoring protocols. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and oral communication skill. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex business problems

Open Shifts:

  • M-Thurs 9 pm - 7 am (1)
  • Thurs - Sun 9 pm - 7 am (2)
  • M-Thurs - 12pm - 10pm (1)
  • Thurs - Sun - 12pm - 10pm (1)
