CIS Vulnerability

Review security vulnerabilities across a variety of technologies and environments to determine high risk vulnerabilities to business assets

Work with business stakeholders to ensure remediation efforts adhere to corporate standards and policies

Provides analysis/validation of remediation actions taken, opportunities for improvements and out of the box thinking for optimizations and solving roadbloc

Maintains and updates Vulnerability Management and CIS Security Tools, Processes, and Procedures

• Validates scan and compliance results for accuracy and completeness - assessment of vulnerabilities identified by infrastructure scan
• Evolving, expanding, and operating the Vulnerability Scanning and CIS Security Tools activities in the CIS team.
• Provide executive-level communication of Vulnerability Management and CIS Security Tools information and compliance reporting with system owners, exec stakeholders, and security management.
• Prioritizing vulnerabilities discovered along with remediation timeline(s)
• Send and receive notifications to the SMEs of vulnerabilities within the environment
• Maintain knowledge of the threat landscape
