: $15 - $18/hr


WORK LOCATION:
Santa Fe Springs, CA

Part-time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Human Resources data processing, inquires, tracking and reporting for HR related programs (FMLA, absenteeism, payroll, hiring, etc.)
Assist with weekly payroll inquiries when needed
Follow up with employees on leave of absence/FMLA matters
Support answering employee HR questions guide employees through self-service resources
Maintain files and records (both manually and electronically).
Maintain site communication boards
Answer internal and external inquiries from employees and external customers
Provide administrative support for the General Manager and People Manager
Ability to work with all levels of employees; handle and protect highly confidential information


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High school education required, associates or bachelors degree preferred.
This is a Part-Time, must have flexibility in work schedule to accommodate different operating shifts.
Hours may flex with business need, but generally will be 20-30 hrs. per week
1-2 years administrative experience, HR related is a plus
Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information in an appropriate manner.
Proven self-starter with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while paying attention to details.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to details
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Proficient in computer systems - MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
