Travel Agent with dutch and Spanish

Our customer, a leader in the travel industry, is looking for a Dutch travel agent. Our customer excels in offering exiting experiences to people looking to go away on a short break. As a travel agent customer rely on your expertise to make their trip as great as possible!

Tasks

• Establish a strong relationship with each client that hires our services, through the different channels: telephone, email, and social networks.
• Attend to clients and manage their needs, demands, and/or clarifications that may arise: Reservations and assistance on the web; Modifications; Cancellations and Resolution of incidents.
• Responding to customer queries in order to improve procedures and customer satisfaction.
• Assume the objectives set by the company (sales, quality, productivity) and follow the procedures established.

Requirements

• You speak Dutch on a native level with a good command of French or Spanish
• Team spirit and open mindset.
• Positive and motivated (to help deal with some tricky customer problems).
• Service vocation: achievement orientation and rigor.
• Dynamism, proactive and resolute profile.

Working hours: 39hrs/week - in shifts from 9-6 / 10-7 / 12-9 (1hr. break)

Training: The training is about 3 full days, where the person is also listening to calls, speech and how to answer the calls.
