Our customer, a leader in the travel industry, is looking for a Dutch travel agent. Our customer excels in offering exiting experiences to people looking to go away on a short break. As a travel agent customer rely on your expertise to make their trip as great as possible!
Tasks
- Establish a strong relationship with each client that hires our services, through the different channels: telephone, email, and social networks.
- Attend to clients and manage their needs, demands, and/or clarifications that may arise: Reservations and assistance on the web; Modifications; Cancellations and Resolution of incidents.
- Responding to customer queries in order to improve procedures and customer satisfaction.
- Assume the objectives set by the company (sales, quality, productivity) and follow the procedures established.
Requirements
- You speak Dutch on a native level with a good command of French or Spanish
- Team spirit and open mindset.
- Positive and motivated (to help deal with some tricky customer problems).
- Service vocation: achievement orientation and rigor.
