Job Description
One of our clients in Port Colborne, ON is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for their facility.
Shift - Days
Responsibilities -
- Maintain the process and building equipment in operation to ensure maximum availability to maximize production efficiency.
- Develop and implement a mechanical preventative maintenance program in SAP.
- Implement practical continuous improvement initiatives as appropriate to improve operating results.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations, policies and procedures.
- Perform daily workplace inspections to keep the maintenance department "audit ready" at all times.
- Coordinate the purchase of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies to ensure production needs
- are met.
- Monitor maintenance costs and operate within the established maintenance budget.
Qualification
Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma
Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Millwright
Good skills in SAP and Microsoft Office
10 years in a similar industry with supervisory experience
Digital Control System experience
Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Millwright
Good skills in SAP and Microsoft Office
10 years in a similar industry with supervisory experience
Digital Control System experience
