As our team builds and supports new applications at a rapid pace, we are looking for an exceptional Technical Coordinator to provide project coordination support for multiple program support.
Responsibilities:
- Work with PMs to ensure data integrity on their project plans including (but not limited to) - Past Dues, Drift, Need By Dates (vs. Target Dates), Data Validation (report) / required fields, Sprint Plans (minimum thresholds, overages), Velocity
- Ensure PMs are tracking or have completed their weekly status report updates.
- Provide editor-type role in qualifying that the weekly status updates are easily understood, clear with appropriate levels of details for executive consumption and action.
- Work with Program Managers, PMs and Managers (as needed) to coordinate and schedule calls for projects - specifically when leadership is required (Director and above).
- Assist PMO Managers by ensuring all respective PM / Program Manager teams are tracking or have completed tasks tied to prescribed dates for preparation and execution of QPP events.
- Ensure actions and follow-ups resulting from QPP activity are closed according to the prescribed target dates.
- Work with PMO Managers, Program Managers and Project Managers to ensure new project intakes requiring functional manager sign-off are managed to complete within SLA period (3 business days).
- Ensure actions and follow-ups are closed accordingly to achieve project intake sign-off for project activation.
- Assist PMO Managers with the maintenance of prescribed on-boarding, off-boarding and conversion checklists / guidelines for these HR processes.
- Provide hands-on support for PMs who need to execute against these checklists - to ensure all items are closed and addressed as appropriate.
- Provide coordination support for PMET Process Excellence Initiatives. Specific needs to be identified - when needed - per initiative.
- Assist PMO with maintenance of PMO Change Log.
- Assist PMO with the communication of new features and capabilities for PMO toolset (SmartSheet, PowerBI)
- Assist PMO with the documentation, communication and follow-up for PMO Leadership Calls
- Weekly Portfolio Planning Prep, Program Management Call, PMO Review and PMET Leadership Sync Up
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work effectively.
- Experience with project management tools (SmartSheet, Teams)
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Contribute content and collaborate via the OrangePeople-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OrangePeople Account Management as requested.
