Job Description
The contractor shall:
- Remediate MS Office compatibility issues that arise from migrating to 64 bit Office 365 from 32 bit Office.
- Possess advanced, current and recent experience remediating common issues with Office files and VBA, especially with MS Excel and MS Access.
- Comfortable and knowledgeable with integrating SQL Server and other technologies with MS Office using industry best practices and processes
- Work directly with ODOT business lines to understand the problem and ensure fit-for-business fix.
- Work directly with ODOT IT to propose solutions and track issues.
- Provide documentation of all Office files worked on, steps taken, and solutions implemented; to include a compilation of the most common occurring issues and their solutions.
- Ability to execute verbal and written communication.
Note: REMOTE - PART TIME FOR ONE YEAR 10-30 HOURS A WEEK SCHEDULE WILL BE NEGOTIATED WHEN SELECTED
