Job Description

36 months contract ;
Onsite ;
This opening will mainly be 3rd shift (10:30 pm to 7:00 am) but candidates must be open to both 3rd and 1st shift. Overtime is likely, weekend and before shift starts.

Manager is willing to see recent grad candidates with Technology/Engineering degrees. Manager is looking for 2021/2022 (early) grads that are located in the Midwest and can interview onsite.
This is a shop floor position so candidates need to be comfortable in this environment.

**Reminder, this is an onsite position located in Waterloo, Iowa. Candidates must be aware of this and only submit candidates who are committed to relocating to the area if offered a position**

Will need metatarsals for first day, business casual dress code. No travel associated with this position. Person may drive a Deere owned Gator after successfully completing training. Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position. Interviews will take place onsite or through MS Teams and the position will start onsite on the first day.

This position is eligible for incremental, progressive retention bonuses at every 90 days for the first year on assignment. Retention bonuses are forfeited for those who do not complete their assignments or end assignments early. Subject to review.
