Job Description:
- Provide LOE support to review binders / folders of technical data
- Digital Archival of documents:
- Conversion of paper to electronic images for storage and preservation
- Scan Flight Safety Records to PDF
- Create an editable PDF of each document and digital archival of documents
- Save each PDF to supplier's secure network drive with file name that identifies the contents
- File naming convention to be determined by client
- Upload PDFs into a Box site
- Burn CDs / DVDs to PDF
- Compare the information on the DVDs, VHS tapes, film negatives, projector slides, floppy disks, etc. to the contents of the associated binders / folders, and make a note in the catalog if they do not match
- Create DRB files with the digitized records
