Set up, implement, and manage large scale training registration-including attendance tracking and reporting
Support coordination, scheduling, and successful roll out of large-scale onsite training program at three different locations
Assist with mapping out training plans and schedules
Facilitate print and ship of training materials and resources
Top Skills:
Effective and timely communication with team members, vendors, and learners
Ability to handle multiple assignments
Knowledge of large-scale training preparation and implementation.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility as required for end-user training schedule.
Technical Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
Experience:
Ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative/executive assistant role as well as background in the Learning and Development field
