Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Linux admin to join our team and manage around 100 Linux servers day to day operation. The job involves dealing with customers over the phone and connecting remotely to servers for maintenance, feature requests, development and fault fixing.
This position can be based in our Huddersfield office but also open to hybrid and remote worker options.
You will have a proven track record and experience of the following as a minimum
- Advanced Linux command line
- Distro familiarity of Centos, RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu
- Bash scripting
- Networking and routing (TCP/IP)
- Virtualisation such as VMWare, Proxmox, LXD or KVM
- Fluent English speaking
