Seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a busy Urgent Care - Southern Oregon - about an 1 hour south of Eugene and 90 minutes north of Medford.
$20,000 Sign on bonus and relocation assistance offered!
Schedule: The Urgent Care is open 7am-7pm 7 days a week. Shift: 4-10s, 3-12s, 5-8s or a combination of the 3.
Patients per day/shift: 24+depenging on how many visit the UC, EMR system: e Clinical Works
Job Requirements - FNP Provider:
Will consider new graduate FNPs and experienced candidates
Prefer already Oregon licensed
BLS
DEA required
Competitive Base Salary, relocation and full benefit package including: Medical, dental, vision, 401k with 6% match, life insurance, PTO, $3,000 towards CME
Area info: Located in Douglas County which offers the perfect setting for a well- rounded lifestyle. It has a charming, small-town feel with friendly people. You can enjoy many recreational activities including fishing, boating, rafting, snow skiing, golfing, hiking, wine tours, concerts in the park, cycling and much more.
